AWS, currently, provides 4 consulting programs for its partners.
The programs are free for partners, but participation must be approved by AWS, which follows two rules:
1) The partner must sell to the Public Sector
2) The partner must have Select tier or higher

The AWS Partner Transformation Program (PTP) is a comprehensive assessment, training, and enablement initiative focused on helping partners build a successful and profitable AWS Cloud business, accelerating the development of AWS skills and expertise to better serve customers' cloud journeys.
In this program, we discuss strategies and actions to increase sales on AWS, define or improve the service catalog, go-to-market strategy, marketing campaigns, lead generation, preparation of marketing and sales teams, compensation of the marketing and sales team, training and certification of technical staff, and how to obtain SDPs and competencies.
For ISVs (software development companies), we will discuss product modernization and monetization alternatives.
The result is partner transformation, building an innovative cloud business for partners to better serve the ultimate customer.

The AWS AI TTM is a one-on-one consultative engagement designed to help partners accelerate the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI, enabling them to gain a competitive advantage and tap into the immense economic potential of these technologies.
In this program, we discuss identifying and prioritizing GenAI and Agentic AI use cases based on the partner’s vertical and growth strategy, training and resources to expand knowledge of GenAI and Agentic AI technology, developing an internal technical gap analysis and learning paths to build capabilities, cost, pricing, value proposition, and return on investment, defining the business model and business case for GenAI and Agentic AI projects, and the Go-To-Market strategy and actions for GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
The result is a set of concrete, actionable outcomes that guide the partner's GenAI journey, including a customized strategic and action plan, a defined project plan for proofs of concept, and a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan focused on reducing costs, optimizing pricing, and effectively communicating value propositions.

The AWS Profitability TTM is a strategic initiative crafted to empower AWS partners by enhancing their business models and operational efficiencies, leading to increased revenue and profit margins within the cloud landscape.
In this program, we discuss FINOPS, pricing, and cost management, increased service sales using revenue multipliers, packaging of services using replicable elements to reduce sales and implementation cycles, sales efficiency and management, sales motions, and people efficiency and capacity, including managing employee margins and performance.

The AWS Digital Sovereignty TTM is a targeted transformation module aimed at equipping partners to address the evolving Digital Sovereign market needs on the AWS cloud by providing an assessment methodology, essential tools, and automated reference architecture templates.
In this program, we discuss consolidating the understanding of Digital Sovereignty and its implications for the partner’s context, reviewing the Partner and AWS roles and responsibilities in supporting Digital Sovereignty, the importance of an Assessment methodology and tool focused on Digital Sovereignty and AWS best practices, guiding design principles for sovereignty implementations, and reviewing the Landing Zones Accelerator as a foundational element for new sovereign offerings.
The result is the development of an offer that meets specific country and partner standards for sovereignty, including a 90-day plan to build a Digital Sovereign Assessment tool and implement the Landing Zones Accelerator within a digital sovereign scenario.

eMaster (Brazil)
eMaster is a company in the technology sector, founded in 2001. Our journey began by providing solutions in data centers. We decided to work with the cloud and this decision to choose AWS as our partner turned out to be very successful.
I think PTP is a very important program for those members interested in improving their management process. My background is technical. I managed the technical teams, I was directly in charge of the operation. The manager is very used to putting his hand on the business and maintaining it, and the business doesn't grow. So that partner who wants to grow and wants to implement governance, who wants to delegate functions, who wants to improve the qualification of his team, needs to think about programs that qualify, not only him, but the team to move in this direction. So it saves time and effort wasted on trial and error. It gives you a faster path to achieving these results. We practically had our income doubling every year.
So, in 2022, we grew 112% in revenue, an increase in revenue. In 2023, our growth was 53% and in 2024 86%.
Codebit (Brazil)
Codebit is a company founded in 2012. We operate on two fronts, which are the development of tailor-made solutions. We also manage cloud infrastructure. We don't have commercial people on the team. So, we managed to do a lot, but we couldn't show, we couldn't sell, demonstrate how to do it in the best way.
The PTP program, for us, was the first external consultancy we had. It was powered by AWS. For us, it was very important. The main benefits we had with the PTP program were, first, I think commercial. We divided what we made into 10 products. This makes it easier for our customers. The second was to participate in a consulting program. We had never participated. If it weren't for that, I think we wouldn't think about many things. And I think the third one was organizational. We, for example, were able to further strengthen the relationship with AWS. We got another competency.
Today, 80% of our clients are public sector clients. And we have managed to increase this customer base by 30% since 2023, which was our participation, and then last year we increased it by 32%. So we grew 30% plus 32% after the PTP.
Nublify (Brazil)
Nublify is a company focused on cloud computing. Our mission is to help our customers adopt new technologies. Today, Nublify operates in various sectors of government.
The PTP program helped Nublify in the early days, when we were registered partners. And the program helped us quickly evolve to the Select level, where you already start to have a series of benefits. So we increased our sales by 30% to 40% in that first year. Then we did a second round, also of the PTP program, where we raised our level to Advanced.
From one year to the next, we tripled in size. In the second year, I would say that we doubled its size again, especially thinking about the public sector, where the client needs to have a qualified partner. A certified partner. This helps us a lot to develop these businesses.
ST IT (Brazil)
STIT Cloud was born in 2009. Our experience in enterprise helped to serve public sector companies, which we are not only talking about government, we are also talking about the enterprise market. I see that the main challenge is this, how to make GNI effective, both for the education area and for the health area.
The PTP program, Partner Transformation Program, has brought us three main benefits. The benefit of process improvements from partnering with AWS has been fantastic. We see the market in a more objective and profitable way. precisely due to the improvement of processes and adds a lot for us to be able to accelerate our growth and gain scale.
STIT Cloud in the last five years has grown tenfold the number of customers by three times our revenue.
